Springwood offers the most amazing locations for your wedding ceremony. The Glass Atrium with the 30' x 40' tent covering a patio to the east of the Manor, the Glass Atrium and primary reception room of the Manor can accommodate more than 200 people, with a choice of dancing areas. Inside the Manor, you're warmed by the large log-burning fireplace with flagstone hearth, the hardwood floors, and the wall of windows that look out to the expansive rear deck. This large Manor reception room frequently functions as the dance floor for wedding receptions and includes a Yamaha electronic piano, which can record music while it's played or act as a computerized player-piano. The Three-tiered Rear Deck is one of the most striking features of the estate! Brides and grooms frequently descend the stairway from the upper level to meet their guests outdoors for the first time. Running the entire length of the back of the house, the deck's floor was constructed right around red pine and maple trees growing close to the house. During the day, the trees provide spots of shade on the sunny deck that faces the wooded estate grounds. The stone patio that extends from the deck is the site of many weddings. At night carriage lights on the deck and patio create a warm, inviting glow. Truly Amazing! |
