Business tips for Pittsburgh Wedding VendorsHey, my cherished Pittsburgh Wedding vendors. Hope business is going well, but we could all use a little more business, right? Here are a couple tips just for those of you who are advertising with us on Pittsburgh Wedding.com We appreciate your business and hopes this info is helpful!

We love Pinterest. Here are some hard and fast reason why you should be on Pinterest, too.

Pinterest is one of the fastest growing social media platforms – ever. It has only been around for about 2 years. Over 70 million people are using Pinterest. Know what they’re looking for? Ideas, inspiration and shopping for products and services! It’s crazy not to be on Pinterest.

The upshot of how it works is this: people are attracted to click on your pin and ultimately a good number of that 70 million will end up on your website. They also have the option to like your pin, comment on it and repin it (more visibility there!) So it’s viral and very easy to use and will get you awesome results. Studies show people spend twice as much money on Pinterest as they do on Facebook! And Pins stay active. Some of your greatest traffic from a Pin may come 3 months after you initially pin it!

So we have created a Pinterest board on our Pittsburgh Wedding.com account to help you get a taste of Pinterest. Email me at April@PittsburghWedding.com and I will add you as a contributor to the Pittsburgh Wedding Pros Board. Then go for it. Start pinning great images, content, ideas, products you sell, services, etc.

The best time to Pin is between 2pm and 4pm and then 8pm – 11pm Eastern time. Your pins will get more visibility and more likes, clicks, repins, etc!

My biggest tip to utilize Pinterest to the max is You Tube Videos.

How to increase your revenue with Pinterest

Check out the resources about Pinterest and other social media on You Tube- there is a ton of stuff!

Go to You Tube and type in Pinterest Marketing, Pinterest training, etc. Watch some of these videos! The information is awesome and guaranteed to boost your bottom line.
