In my many years of experience doing bridal makeup, I have noticed that makeup for the wedding day may not be thought about until a few weeks before the big event. So, whether you have planned months in advance, or it is two weeks before your wedding, the way to go about finding a good makeup artist is always the same. You have to know where to look.
